When Oscar discovers that the construction of a top secret laser is being duplicated, he suspects Harry Green, the expert overseeing the project, is a traitor. Steve believes that he is not a traitor, but that his thoughts are being monitored through ESP. He obtains the help of Audrey Moss, also gifted with ESP, to track down the ESP spy.
