While Steve's away on vacation, a man who has been surgically altered to resemble Steve, goes into Oscar's office and photographs every classified material there is. Someone tries to kill Steve but Steve evades them. Steve returns just as Oscar and the false Steve are leaving a secret facility, which he photographed. The imposter tries to run away but is run over by a car. Steve then decides to assume his identity so that he can recover what he photographed.
