In Egypt, the Winx defeat the mummies; Selina then calls up the Sphinx to attack the Winx and the city of Alexandria. Meanwhile, Acheron (trapped within the Legendarium) tells Selina to seek out the diary from the library, or else he'll be locked in the book forever. While fighting the Sphinx, the Trix (disguised as Alfea fairies) cause chaos, but the Winx and Pixies resolve it. Bloom goes to find the diary in the library, which she does. To Bloom's surprise, she also finds Selina, who is revealed to an old friend of Bloom's when they kids.
