Set in 1958, the fashion in Spain is a major change with the advent of prêt-à-porter. The series revolves around a gallery with seamstresses and dependents. The Marquez family manages the galleries led by patriarch Don Rafael Márquez (Tito Valverde), his wife Doña Gloria (Natalia Millán), Rafael's son and stepson of Gloria, Alberto (Miguel Angel Silvestre) and Patricia Márquez (Miriam Giovanelli) , a daughter of Gloria.
