Chef Shaun creates a healthy lunch, and tries to come up with a name for it. Curtis decides to workout more, and gets all of Hi-5 involved in a real Hi-5 kind of exercise... that requires a wig! Karla does some disco dancing on her own. Chatterbox teases Jenn with a jumprope song that has some surprises in it. Karla also does some hopping and jumping.
