The neighbors wants the vecindad painted and asks Señor Barriga for this. At first, he accepts, but after a confusion with El Chavo and Don Ramón, that don't paid the rent, he quits. Later, Professor Jirafales has the idea to Don Ramón paint the vecindad in exchange of some months of the rent. Everyone likes the idea, minus him.
