Krystle and Blake are stunned to learn the heart donor's mother, Sarah Curtis, has had second thoughts on allowing the surgery. Neil McVane carries out his promise of blackmail, as Adam receives a baby booty with his name sewn on it. Dex, sympathizing with Sarah's plight, is able to use their friendship to persuade Sarah to give her permission for the surgery.
