Nick is tired of seeing his boys home every Saturday night so he suggests that the city should open up a teen center. However to his surprise, he learns that the city agrees with him and that he should be allowed to run it. When he becomes to overpowering in his position, the boys look toward Jimmy who is a lot more laid back.
